The paleo diet is not
anything new as everyone is aware of it. Also known as,cave men diet, the paleo
diet encourage return to the eating habits of our ancestors. The paleo diet is
based on the logic that for in olden times there was no such thing as fizzy
drinks or processed food. All of the humans relied on natural diet either in
the form of meat, vegetable or fruit. Studies of Paleolithic humans by
anthropologist have truly exposed that our descendants had improved bone constructions
with little to no indication of bone damage or decay and very little joint irritation.
Studies of modern humans that live in primitive conditions deprived
of much contact with modern living styles, like Weston Price's book; do seem to
disclose that local societies suffer less worsening bodily and mental diseases
than their present counterparts do.
Syndromes that wave present society from
bone loss to heart disease have been connected at least partly to absence of an lively regime, so anybody interested in the paleo diet should take into account
the whole scenario of what early human's life was like before imagining wonders
from any diet method.
